I still haven't found what I'm looking for

I was looking for a distraction and have yet to find it today. I've been too otherwise occupied to look for it too hard.

There are two questions that annoy the crap out of me when my parents ask. One, I will not go into at this time - or maybe I have in a previous entry, I'm not sure. They know it infuriates me every time they ask.

The other is this, "Do you want to go to Wal-Mart with me." To which that answer is not only "NO" it is "#$!! NO!"

Yes, I said I needed to go to the grocery store last night. Yes, I said I needed to get out of the house and do something last night. BUT...

#1 I'm not sure what religion this falls under, but going to Wal-Mart in Corsicana on a Saturday is against mine.

#2 Going to Wal-Mart with my mother is an all day event, and not one I enjoy.

So, she calls up asking, "you want to go to Wal-Mart with me?"

"No, I'd have to straighten, curl or do something to my hair before going out in public. Plus, I'm trying to finish something work-related. If I go to Wal-Mart this weekend, it may be tomorrow night after church. That is how little I want to go to Wal-Mart."

I'd rather go to Brookshire's, spend a little more money even though I'm broke, and not have to mess with the parking lot, crowds and the drive back around Corsicana than to go to Wal-Mart. And if she was looking for a mother-daughter outing, then she should have looked harder because she SHOULD know that is about the last thing I want to do.

Then, she usually gets mad because I don't want to go. She doesn't want to go, why should I?

I really need to go find something to do. If I don't, I'm going to go insane. Long story, and there's a lot more too it than boredom. I'm going to finish another post for Seriously? next week and log off. My butt hurts from being glued to the computer this week and it's too hot in Texas for a leisurely stroll to anywhere.
